The product itself tastes great! I did notice a positive change in my complexion, hair and nails but nothing that super WOW'ed me. A positive change though none the less. One plus is it's not as expensive as say Sugar Bear Gummies are but this one specifically doesn't have all the stuff Sugar Bear Gummies have. I'm sure they have one that is comparable since this one was specifically Collagen targeted. Overall, for what it is, it's definitely a cheaper option and worth what I paid for.
