Instructions minimal at best. States that it Supports Mobile Surveillance By Smart Phones. Have not been able to figure this part out.No mention of a Mobile app in instructions. Have done the port forwarding part on router ( port 80 & port 6036) & IP address. Setup DYNS service and tested OK. Able to see cameras over local network but can not from outside of network. No customer support available. I have setup many DVR's for network monitoring with smart phones. Instructions also state to " please refer to the relevant chapter to to use UPnP function" but no chapter available. Everything else on DVR is spot on.
