Our whole family is excited about receiving Japan’s favorite toy, an officially licensed Sanrio Hello Kitty Otamatone! We purchased two of these for our library to loan out to patrons without having used one before. I thought the quality was good, although the sound quality was so so (having never used one before). We put them into circulation and the children loved them. Eventually we had to buy more since the originals were used so much they eventually broke. Worth the price and very cute:)

It was fun even though figuring out the right tone was a bit tricky. We enjoyed its cute, adorable moving mouth and its silly, buzzing, amusingly off-key voice. Hello Kitty Fan here!

perfect for stage and home

It's alright. The sensitivity on it isn't very good. You actually have to put a good amount of pressure in your fingers to get it to recognize you're touching it. Its also a bit crackle-y in sound. Not sure if we just got a bad one or if it's the general quality.
