I order 15 pens and the only Problem I have with the pens they will not pop the ink cartridge so for on four pens and three were gifts that people bring back to me I had to take a punch to open up the cartridge and then insert it then the pens work fine I have a older pen like these that I draw ink up in it works grate also I though these would be easier I guess at the size of ink cartridge since I didn't see the size no were on the page to add to the gift bags now I have 30 cartridge that I can't use you would think with all the information on the Amazon page there was room for the size of the cartridge !!! I now have lot more people to contact to tell them how to do the ink cartridge if they haven't figured it out yet !!! that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars are it would have been 5 stars

I wish I could get the pic to upload but it simply won't. I got pens with recovery slogans for friends and it's a delight to give these pens. They are very very nice, the imprint came out great; the pen has a very nice weight to it, not plastic at all. Comes with a nice gift box (small additional purchase) and 2 refills. And the pen writes very nicely. They have been a unique and tasteful thoughtful gift with the deliberate statement, making it feel more personalized than simply a name. Or a name if that's the appropriate personalization. I will make use of this product for additional gifts. So glad to have found these.

The ink pens arrived earlier than anticipated arrival. The pens looked as described. They really look great. Two of the pens were designed to be gifted. Upon use of the first pen that was gifted, the recipient contacted me to let me know that both pens wrote smoothly, but when using the first one, the ink pen’s housing broke and couldn’t be used anymore. At present, I haven’t used the pens that I purchased for myself.

So got this for couple of friends and they were really excited to get them however one came with a damaged nib (mines) another came with a loose clip that then broke off so that was a bummer and ink starts bleed out of the base were the nib and shaft meet. The ones that worked were awesome and wrote well. However just go in thinking that 1 or 2 pens will come with some issues.

The pens came in a timely matter much sooner then expected. They are truly beautiful pens. My 2 complaints would be no instructions to refill or add ink cartridge I was able to Google and figure it out being that it’s my first time using this type of pen I wasn’t familiar with process. Also description saids I should receive 10 refills and I only received 8 was short 2 pretty disappointed.

Very nice pens, engraving as requested. Nice and heavy construction! They may not last forever, but mine are writing nicely. The ink provided did not seem to be correct size, the nib didn't penetrate the opening, but I have plenty of universal cartridges and that worked fine. Or you could use bottled ink with the adapter included.

it was told the pen comes with 5 pen gift box... It was missing.. Engraving was missing as well.. It was late than expected. Overall pen does look good though.. hope it is worth the wait and money.

Pens are of solid quantity, and have a great weight to them. The only reason why it is 4 stars is because of the time it took to get them. Items arrived over a week past the mentioned deadline and it was an intended Christmas gift. Pens are great! Just make sure to plan accordingly
