You Are My Mother: Inspired by P.D. Eastman's Are You My Mother?

Bought this to replace my worn down favourite childhood book. By my mistake I was too excited when I found this and didn’t realize it *wasnt the same book!!!!*Still quite cute. But it’s certainly not the original. It’s more about how the mom always looks out for the baby vs. The baby birds exciting adventure. Will likely still enjoy the book but will still be trying to purchase the original.

This is not the original story. It is shorted and rewritten. I wouldn't have purchased the book if I had known that.

This was a switch and bait for me. I wanted the classic “Are You My Mother”. When checking out this was a less expensive option. I thought it was because it was a smaller size but this is a knock off of a classic.

My nephew loves the first book, so I bought this for him very excited for a sequel. It’s more of a long Mother’s Day card.

Love the book, but I assume a new book will not have any dented or ripped pages. Please be careful during transit. Thanks!
