I used EXACTLY the way the product directs and had great success. Huge difference in by bloating... it was non-existent! Wonderful product that did exactly what the packaging claimed to do. I was going on vacation and begin taking this 2 weeks prior to my trip...Very satisfiedDid no cause any uncomfortable episodes and was quite gentle on the system.

I tried these three times with a week in between. They do work, but of coruse, I had to maintain a good eating habit by counting calories and also starting a new gym routine with more cardio than weight.These little guys got me going and got to my desired weight and now I am on a maintenance mode and taking some other supplements, managing what I eat and excercising regularly.

Was hoping to see a drop in my weight, as I’ve plateaued in my weight loss. This unfortunately didn’t make a difference, despite me continuing my clean diet changes. Wouldn’t recommend.

This product works great as long as you drink plenty of water while taking it!

Figured since I was sent to work from home, I would do a cleanse. I read many reviews, and this product here had really great reviews. I decided to give it a try. I started with one pill in the AM, and then one in the PM. After a couple of days I went to two in the AM, and two in the PM. Now, this did not make me feel like I could not make it to the bathroom. But TRUST ME when you need to go, get up and go. I did drink the amounted water noted on the directions. I weighed myself in the beginning and was 168. I weighed myself this morning and I was at 161.2. I did not work out as much because of the gym being closed and its very hard to push myself to work out well at home. I did try to eat healthy. But, now being "cleaned" out I am going to do my best to really watch what I eat and work out to lose some more weight. I had my son a year ago and would like to keep shedding of the pounds to get back to my pre-baby weight. I will def. re-order this cleanse. Thank you! :)

Didn’t do anything for me

After reading several reviews, I decided to give these a try to help my weight loss efforts and issues with irregularity. Although I didn’t lose any weight, it did give my digestive system a boost. It also helped with bloating; my stomach was flat all day long except directly after eating.

Seems to work really well I take it in the evening though because you will be running to the bathroom
