Great buy for the camera body without the kit lens
I wanted this camera to replace a Canon EOS Rebel T3 which uses the same EF-S lenses. I already have the same kit lens from when I bought the T3, so I decided that the best value would be to buy the camera body without the lens. Canon does not sell the camera body only for this model. I was able to find it from this seller. Also the description said that even though it is marked as renewed, it is actually a new camera that is not in the original packaging. That is indeed the case. It arrived in a box for a different camera, which was not important to me since I am keeping it for myself, and not giving it as a gift. I am very happy with my purchase. The camera works well and I saved money by not buying a lens that I didn't need.

Good when you have extra lens

Battery in camera doesn’t hold charge
Camera is nice, but the battery it came with doesn’t hold charge so I’m unable to use my camera at this time.
