South Shore Munich Wall Mounted Media Console, 75", Seaside Pine

Got this in September (2021). It took 3 people to assemble, although could easily assemble with 2. So far, no issues. A small area was damaged. We decided to keep it. It’s not too noticeable. I love the color and size. Judging from pictures and the price, I was worried it might not look good. To my surprise, it looks amazing ( and for the price, even better)!!! We have two different gaming consoles and different controllers, gaming disks, and headphones; in addition, our tv box & router are on the shelving areas. So far, it’s holding up well. The only thing I wish it had would be another door for the other side!

This is an absolutely amazing entertainment stand!The original price was $220, but saw there was a 'used' one for $150. It thought 'what the hell, might as well buy it used.' And boy am I glad I did, I don't know how they considered this a 'used' product. The box was a little damaged, but the stand itself was completely sealed, from the factory. I guess from now on I'll be buying 'used' furniture from Amazon.The stand itself is SOLID, it weighs almost 150lbs. I put it together and mounted it by myself. It was time consuming putting it together and mounting it. I'd definitely recommend 2 maybe 3 people, especially when it comes to mounting.Hiding the wires is extremely easy, there's 3 large holes in the top, bottom and back to put all your wires though. (yes, I still need to buy some trays to finish hiding mine)I am super happy with my purchase! My OCD is killing me with this one though, I just wish it came with a second door (even though I was told that you can order a second door from the manufacturer, which I'm going to try and do)

Hey, look at me.....I didn't want the hassle of mounting it to the wall so I added 4 metal furniture legs (also Amazon). Legs are 6" tall. The piece was easy for one person to assemble. Very heavy box though. You might cut open the box and take each piece out if you are alone. The very back piece that faces wall is particle board and it broke in half during shipment but it was still usable (and I'm gifted ; - ) Each end can store 25 dvds if needed. Decent quality, but I worry about pieces cracking during shipment. Approx 90 min assembly. I was not in a hurry. You need a hammer and a phillips and a flat head screwdriver. All else is included. I can't speak to the mounting part since I added legs instead. In fact, I worry about mounting to the wall at all because the back piece is particle board and even if you attached to the studs I'm worried about the piece itself holding up. TV in photo is a 55"

The media could not be loaded.  I really like the esthetic of this item! (Excuse my wires lol). But it is a really nice piece of furniture! It is an excellent addition to my room! It looks so good, and has a great deal of storage. The assembly is quite tedious. The instructions aren't the most clear if you're not keen on reading blueprints or building things it could be a very big headache! I'm a carpenter and If I recall correctly it took me an hr plus. I'd recommend hiring someone to build it for you if you struggle with building. That being said, I'm sure that anyone could build it with some wherewithal and a bit of patience! Once assembled it does seem pretty sturdy. But the load limits are quite low. 100lbs for the top shelf and 50lbs for the bottom and that's likely where you'll have the most stuff so keep that in mind.

So we absolutely love this! Once we got it up… honestly it took forever. But the instructions were straight forward! It is HEAVY and very sturdy. So sleek looking. All we have to do now is hide the cords. I have no negative comments except there were a few flaws on some parts, but nothing too noticeable or worth fussing over. Get it!! Just be prepared for a good amount of time putting together and hanging!

I cannot believe that after waiting for this and literally needing this for an event in two days, it arrives broke. I have no idea what I’m going to do now, unbelievably disappointed. Not to mention this box is ridiculously heavy!! I had to wait a full day to bring the box inside the house when the delivery people came the following day only to carry this into my home and drop it in a place where it knocked over my TV, my brand new TV! Of course there’s nothing anybody can do about it either this is turned into a nightmare I’m literally in tears !!!! And now I need to somehow package it back up and return it? Impossible!

This is an excellent product. Some of the other reviews about things falling down or falling apart is pure installation error. If you don’t mount to wall studs, you will suffer the same fate. Also, the product is rated to support 100 pounds. Do not treat this as a floor based TV stand. Your giant 80” tv is no match for gravity.My wall was uneven, so I had to install additional washers (not included in kit) between the wall and the stud plate. I also had to drill a custom hole in the metal plate as the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up perfectly with the stud locations. Lastly, I added extra washers (not included in kit) between the stud screws and the metal plate for increased weight distribution.Lastly, I drilled several holes on the top and sides of this product in order to hide the wires more cleanly. So far, it is holding up just fine. I realize I may be compromising the structural integrity, but a clean looking install is worth the risk.

I am thoroughly impressed with this unit and manufacturer. I'm always a little leery of furniture you put together yourself, but there are no concerns with this! Honestly, from the moment I opened the box and saw how well packaged and protected everything was, I knew this would be good. Overall, the instructions were about 99% clear. The unit was very easy to put together and hang. I did have a slight problem with the French cleat as my wall is slightly bowed exactly where one or two of the five cleats needed to attach, but I offset the unit, attached it, and then slid it into place (centered) and it was fine. I do wish there was a second door, but it appears you can purchase that separately from the manufacturer. Also, this was a little bigger than I pictured, so make sure you have the space. I would highly recommend this unit and the manufacturer!

I ordered this unit because it looked like it would work well in my space. It does look fantastic, and quality seems quite good. The instructions were clear and everything was well packaged and easy to find. There was some damage on one of the components however. I reached out directly to South Shore on their website, and they sent me replacement parts immediately, without any issue, and at no charge. Within four days, they've already arrived. Very happy with the service.

This is a sturdy piece but it is not real wood. It was okay to put together. I think instructions could have been clearer. Overall I like it but it’s not really the color I expected. It looks darker in the photo than it really is. I love the metal on each side tho, really adds to it. Would I buy it if I saw it in person, probably not.

I really wanted a low TV stand in order to enjoy my TV while sitting on the floor (we don't have a couch or chairs -- just meditation cushions.) This comes in at 30cm and is perfect with our 48" TV. It says it can't support a TV, but we just stuck some felt pads on the bottom and it feels extremely sturdy. I'm super happy at the price ($200) and how cute it is. Very pleased with this furniture.

Awesome wall shelf! We installed cable management behind the wall for a clean look with our mounted tv, and we’re very pleased with the results.We used wall toggles in addition to studs to make sure it’s extremely sturdy. The unit itself is also very sturdy and we’re not worried about it coming down.Something to keep in mind is that it’s very heavy, so you may need help lifting/assembling.
