Not for all day use, but a great part of the recovery tool kit.
5’2 160lbs. Used a couple weeks after arm laser lipo. I normally wear something between a medium and a large, which was not a choice so I got the small medium. It was way too small at first, but after the swelling went down, it was perfect. This is not for wearing all the time as it can make indentations in your skin. This is for wearing during times of the day while you are active, as the material is structured to move your skin around and keep fibrosis from forming. I believe it would have the opposite effect if you wore it to bed or all the time. It rubs the armpits after a while, but I found it a great break 4 to 6 hours a day to take the compression off of my chest, which was not needed. If you want less fiber structure, just turn it inside out.

Must have for post op brachioplasty
A friend of mine handed down all of her compression garments after her plastic surgery, knowing I would be undergoing some of the same procedures. Initially, I was skeptical about trying them on since she is a smaller size than me (S/M), while I usually wear a large or extra-large. However, after growing tired of wrapping my arms in bandages with Velcro, I was determined to give the garment a try.Let me tell you—it was a total game changer. The amount of compression it provided, along with how it perfectly compressed even the incisions in my armpit, was invaluable. At first, I wasn't sure if I was wearing it correctly. There was a lot of trial and error; I think the first time I wore it, I had it inside out, with the smooth part on the inside and the side with the raised bumps on the outside. During those crucial weeks 2-4 post-arm lift/brachioplasty, this was very helpful because there was no tugging to get into the sleeves—it slid right into place. The downside of having the smooth side against my skin was that I struggled to move freely in any long-sleeved clothing. Imagine the bumpy side clinging to soft fabrics. This was only temporary because eventually, I got brave enough to wear it with the bumpy side against my skin. Now, depending on how swollen I am, I decide which side will go against my skin. This just goes to show how versatile this garment can be.One thing I will also mention is that if it feels uncomfortable on your shoulders, you probably have it upside down. It took me a while to learn how to wear it correctly since there are no tags on it. I quickly had to do a deep search to find out who made this wonderful garment because, unfortunately, my friend couldn't remember where she got it from. One day, in my Amazon suggestions, I saw compression sleeves from Bioflect. Immediately, due to the scaly-looking pattern, I knew this was it. I purchased it in black so I could have a backup while one was being washed. If you've had brachioplasty, get this!!

Works well, strong odor on fabric
This product works well to compress my upper arms and shoulders, but it does have a strong smell of Deep Woods Off. It took me a while to place the odor, and that is the closest I can get to describe the strange odor that increases as as the fabric warms with body heat. It also left a persistent waffle impression on my arms once removed. Good support, though.

Comfortabe!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
I tried many other compression sleeves before finding these and THESE ARE IT!!These are made of a nice thick quality material. They give the perfect amount of compression the entire length of my arms, as they have graduated knit that leaves more room for the bicep/shoulder areas. ALL the other sleeves I tried rolled down as I moved around, because these are connected across the back, that problem has been completely eliminated!! I can even comfortably sleep in these (and I'm a VERY active sleeper). The fit is perfect, and gives plenty of length to cover the full length of the arms. I was worried that they would ride up from the wrist, but there is more than enough coverage. I am not constantly tugging on any part of these.I read many reviews complaining of an unpleasant odor, but I wore mine straight from the package and never smelled anything at all.A true 5 star item for me!

Uncomfortable
The compressions itself is good but this cuts into your arm pits and migrates up your back sitting at your neck driving you crazy. I wish they made individual sleeves. Hard to get on alone especially after surgery

High quality materials but hate the waffle fabric
These work well from the compression standpoint. I would say the product is durable and high quality.I personally cannot stand the “waffle” texture of this fabric. I thought it would be smoother like spandex, but it left itchy dents all over my arms. Had to return.

Good!
Great compression sleeve, does the job, does not fall off, functions well, make sure you get the right size for your body. It’s reasonably priced and it’s made with high quality Material.
