Helicobacter Pylori is one of the leading causes of stomach discomfort & ulcers. You can buy Prevpac through a doctor (300$ prescription that combines an OTC acid-reducer & 2 prescribed antibiotics - one of which is the cheapest known) but the individual prescriptions on their own wouldn't cost ANYONE more than $60 - so it's a scam AND it ravages your gut. On the other hand we have: Slippery Elm Bark: Emulsifier which creates a gel that coats your stomach & creates a barrier between acid & stomach lining, allowing for natural healing & QUICK relief of most stomach pain/discomfort within 15m for most people. It's not a drug, it's a food-product & has no true upper limit of how much you can take. AKA VERY safe. Also a source of pre-biotic fiber to aid probiotics! Mastic Gum: Very old remedy for many of the ailments Slippery Elm Bark treats, except it's a much thicker & viscous coating agent for your stomach, recommended to take with the bark as they compliment each other. This shouldn't be taken in excess as it could create slow bowel movements & constipation in general. Monolaurin: THE real killer of the bunch. By that I mean it has been shown that the Medium-Chain Triglycerides that are isolated in Monolaurin to be HIGHLY effective in the treatment of H. Pylori! This is a true blessing of a product, and is very gentle on the stomach & beneficial for probiotics! Manuka Honey: The more expensive, luxury addition to a home/natural treatment of the bacteria. This honey is(& should) a product of New Zealand as the bees forage the Manuka tree in a majority of the pollen. These all have UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) ratings to denote how much of the active ingredient you seek is within the product. There is a potent anti-bacterial agent in this honey not found in any other honeys (or at least to such a degree) & the UMF scale is the indicator. I would suggest UMF 15+ (I got 20+ off Amazon from a supplier on THE LIST - [...] - the product MUST come from a company on this list to ensure you're not getting a fake, as the honey costs enough that counterfeits have arisen.) I am willing to answer any & all questions y'all might have - & please note that I am just drawing from my personal experience & what has helped me. It's never wise to self-diagnose or self-treat without proper guidance AND research. Simply reading one website & taking all info given as fact can be a very dangerous practice. Knowledge is key where health is concerned! [...] Thank you for taking the time to read my review!

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a disease that caused my immune system to become a bit compromised. This disease was not permanent and I was assured that I was young enough to fight it off within a year or two. Nevertheless I found I got sick much more easily and took longer to recover from these sicknesses. I wanted to get rid of the disease sooner than later so after hours of research on how other people combatted the same disease, I decided to start supplementing Monolaurin to help my immune system fight it off. Other people had success taking Monolaurin daily combined with folic acid and fish oil. After a couple months of religious supplementing, I found myself getting sick less frequently and tested negative a year later for the disease that was causing the immunosuppression. I no longer take Monolaurin daily, but I do take it when I feel I am getting sick and it works great! Overall great product.

I did not seem to help with my shingles but the reason I am writing a review is because of what it has done for me post workout as well as for what it did for my arthritic big toe. I will simply say this about the toe: if I take monolaurin it doesn't hurt. If I don't it does. I am 56 and in great shape because I work out very hard 4 or 5 days a week. The first day I took it I found myself running at the mouth because of the good, clean energy I got from it. That lasted a day but I have had more energy in the morning since. After working out like a teenager might I don't crash even though I get tired physically. I am alert, and it doesn't matter if I work out in the morning or afternoon. I cannot drink even decaffeinated coffee so I am very sensitive to stimulants of any kind and this causes me zero problems in that regard. I found this reading reviews for curcumin (with bioperine) and suggest everyone try that too, and I give it 5 stars. Esberitox (5 stars) is awesome for bronchitis and colds if you take it at the first symptom. Both well reviewed and available at Amazon. Doctor's Best chelated magnesium helps my workout recovery quite a bit and supplements are needed by most people. It is said to help with anxiety, migraines, sleep and energy among others. AFter dinner I still feel good no matter how hard I worked out that day.

I use this in my fight against candida overgrowth. It's actually one of the cheapest supplements I take, which helps my wallet. I notice a difference when I don't take it. I take one in the am and one in the pm... along with Thorne Research Formula SF722 (5 daily divided), Nutribiotic Defense Plus (1 daily), Thorne Research B Complex #12 (1 daily), Thorne Research Bacillus Coagulans (1 every other day) alternating with Jarrow Saccharomyces boulardii, Sonne's #7 and last but not least Thorne Research Floramend (1 every other day). I also cut sugar, dairy and wheat. This regimen is expensive, but I'm feeling so much better. I get headaches and migraines... they have improved greatly since I've started all this. I was on pain meds that quit working and was always visiting the doctor only to be told I needed another prescription or just to get a shoulder shrug. I had fibromyalgia type symptoms as well... I always had sore back and shoulder muscles. Not anymore. I plan to be on this regimen for a year and then I'll slowly reduce to a maintenance dosage. As I said, all this is expensive, but so worth it.
