Buy This Figure
Just buy it. For $86, this is an extremely high quality figure. It seems pricey but there is nothing cheap about the production of this figure. Though a tiny bit of paint was missing (a dot or two) on the top of the helmet, the rest of the figure is nearly flawless. It has so much articulation in nearly every piece, the paint is resistant and durable, and the extra interchangeable pieces are outstanding.A few things to be aware of though:-Taking apart the Buster to insert the batteries is tough. You need to use your nail to separate the pieces so be careful to not scratch paint.-Removing the arms and using the Buster can also require a good amount of force.

Mega Awesome!
Absolutely outstanding figure. I never had a figure this posable, intricate, well balanced and just downright great looking. Megaman x was the first game i ever played in my life and after almost 3 decades I finally got something of him. He's an artist's iteration, and he is honest about it. He has his ideas such as hidden boosters in his leg and back stabilizers that you can switch out or remove.Honestly I feel they are an awesome addition, as if the upgrades from the original Mega Man has heft and real life impact to it.Only thing I find odd are the warning signs. They are neat and do not break up the silhouette, but X isn't equipment that gets maintained by engineers. I don't see the logic in it but that's a nerdy rant and it doesn't detract from the quality or detailOther reviews already said all the technical info on him. The diecast on the feet and chest make for an awesome feel and puts weight on him. Comes with a stand with two clear arms that holds poses, plus his extra hands, face, and buster shots.I don't regret buying this guy one bit.

X-Cellent!
Fantastically made model for the price! I am really impressed with Mizuno Keisuke's version of Rockman X. The presentation of the box was well thought out, and X came already assembled. Every detailed on his body is well thought out, and the painting is precisely done. Parts of his chest and leg parts are metal, and I like the fine glitter blue of his paint job. His leg parts open up to reveal boosters. His X buster comes with batteries to be installed, and the instructions were easy to follow. He also comes with a stand! The only thing I don't like about the figure is his face is somewhat a typical androgynous anime face, which I would of preferred the more Dragon Ball-like face of the D-Arts X figure. However, that's just a personal view; some others may prefer this face.Unless one highly prefers the classic D-Arts X, I would recommend this X hands down! Mizuno Keisuke really added some sophistication to X's design that the X character really benefits from.

Exactly what you would expect and want.
AMAZING product.I saw this available slightly earlier from other sources, but bought it from Amazon for a more safe transaction. The material quality is top-notch, the figure is highly pose-able, and is everything you'd want in a figure like this of any kind. I like that you only need the mounting stand for any kind of pose where Mega Man's feet are not both planted on the ground. The feet are large/heavy enough to keep him grounded nicely if he is in any standing pose (like the images I posted, where he is bracing himself for firing the buster gun)Though I do with I was a kickstarter backer for this item so I could have also gotten the KAI color variant (gold/black), which looks very cool as well. There is no disappointment when receiving this item.

The best figure I own.
Since the price was low and I had been eying this one for a while, I couldn't turn it down. I own the D-Arts Zero and Figuarts Samus. I love both of them, but neither could prepare me for the amount of articulation in this figure. In terms of sculpt and articulation, this is by far the finest figure I own.First things first - This X is big. If you have D-Arts figures (Vile, Sigma [statue], Zero, or other X figures) this guy doesn't scale with them. He's head and shoulders taller than my Zero figure, which fans of Mega Man X will know is backwards. He stands about 6 inches tall, and can be made taller because his legs extend to allow even better posing. This design is aesthetically pleasing, and it'd be great to think they'll use it in a future game that isn't Marvel vs Capcom. The lines add a lot of intricacy and realism, and the addition of "machinery" is a real winner in my opinion. The sculpt is great and the paint job is impressive and accurate, all the way down to the many tiny words and symbols printed on him. Despite the fact most of it is hard to read, under intense scrutiny, it is indeed legible, and while I wouldn't have opted for warning labels on a self aware robot, there's something nice about them.Mine came about as new as it could come - box wrapped in tissue paper and figure covered in anti-scratch plastic which had to be removed. The plastic around his lower torso was a challenge to get off, but everything else was logical and easy to get into place. As the description suggests, there are die cast metal parts on him - specifically, the front of his legs and the front of his chest. I kind of wonder why they went for metal at all, since they could have likely kept the price down if they just used plastic and used metallic paint... but it's cool that they went with metal. It gives the figure a heft that it wouldn't otherwise have and it's neat to touch your figure of a robotic individual and feel the cold metal as you pose him. The weight his legs give make a lot of dynamic standing poses possible. And believe me, you can pose him as dynamically as you want. My first attempt at posing him was the classic "wall slide" pose that the D-Arts Zero can't achieve - this figure can match virtually any pose X was ever in during the games aside from death, and you can easily put him in a variety of iconic poses of other characters if you like. The one word of warning I have about this guy is that he's a little stiff. There are a lot of joints that I felt like I was going to break before I got them to move or open, but the more you move them around, the looser they tend to get. Because he's not part of the D-Arts line, don't expect him to work with any accessories from other figures, but he comes with some nicely sculpted buster shots. The buster does indeed light up with no modifications needed, but I don't find the red light too appealing with the shot parts attached.Overall, great figure. I'm surprised that TruForce didn't take the opportunity to produce a Zero in this series - perhaps they will one day?
