Worked flawlessly
My 2007 Liftmaster model 41A5021-1H-315 quit working. It wouldn't go up. I heard a rapid clicking and the convenience light blinked rapidly. I had 120vac to the logic board but no output. I was certain the logic board was the problem so I ordered this one which arrived in 2 days. (Thanks Amazon) The installation takes about 5 minutes. (There are several YT vids on how to) The plasic cover that holds the board was a perfect fit. This was a third of the cost of a new opener and considerably less work. The new logic board works flawlessly. Pairing the original remote to the new logic board took about 5 secs.Pairing:1) Press and HOLD the button on the remote2) Press and RELEASE the purple button on logic board while still holding the remote button3) The Led next to purple button will blink.4) Pairing is complete. The instructions are printed on the opener next to the purple pairing button.Highly recommend.

Try this before replacing your garage door opener
Our door opener stopped receiving signals from all of the remotes, including the factory remotes, the built-in car remote and the keypad at the door. We tried unplugging the unit to reset it and the door would go up or down once then revert to no signal received. I did a little research and decided to try changing the control board. The board seems to be OEM and it was very easy to install, assuming you're comfortable working on a step ladder. Installed it a month ago and it works great. Follow the included programming instructions that are printed on a sheet of paper in the box. The instructions are different from what's printed on the board and very easy to do.

Excellent replacement part, easy to install. Replaced 41A5021-1H-315 (1M is upgraded version of 1H board)
Excellent replacement part. First my remotes slowly lost range, then they no longer worked. Replaced batteries and no luck, ordered a new remote as one was damaged/cracked and it worked 1 time at very close range within garage. Then the wired-in button on the wall no longer even opened garage door. Researched and found the board was likely bad. Could have ordered this at maybe a cheaper price from another source, but would had have shipping costs and long delivery time. Ordered through amazon (prime) and received in 1 day, installed and worked perfectly. Did initially forget to set the up/down adjustments (blue-colored knobs) at same setting as old board - but worked perfectly after I did. Installed in under 10 minutes.Easier to buy this entire piece then individual board in case any other parts within were close to end of life or the issue.

Fixed Receiver/Board Problem
Writing long review in order to help people. Had intermittent not opening/not closing problem. Was NOT caused by LED bulb interference. Worked perfect with hard wired button on garage wall. When I used remote, I sometimes could see signal from transmitter/remote recieved at the main unit via the amber learning light on unit and sometimes not. Either way, unit wasn't always responding to open or close. Replaced board with this new one and garage door now works 100% using same LED bulb, same remotes, same conditions as before. Would recommend if you already checked remotes, remote battery, LED bulb interference, wiring, etc and unit still not responding.

Expensive but worth it
So I got this for $180. That is the cost for a whole new unit in some cases. That being said, it only took me like 5 min to replace the old logic board and saved me from replacing all the other stuff, like the chain and structure part. Well worth that saved time, especially if you would need to hire some one to do it. I replaced my old 41A5021-1H, this was a one for one swap and worked perfectly. The picture is of my old one I replaced. It had a red reprogramming button, the new one has a purple one.

Very Easy Installation
The installation was very simple. Four screws, disconnect outside wires, and then pull the wire harness off the board ; reverse that for installation. Watch YouTube videos for more information. The hardest part of this job was figuring out it was the board that was bad. For me, the big clue was that all my remotes (including the clicker) would only work close to the opener. Another important item...make sure you buy the right part number. I've included two photos pertinent to my Liftmaster 1355. The first one is the board itself with the part number in the lower right hand side of the outside board (41A5021-1H-315). The second photo is by the garage door light (you must remove the diffuser) and it is the model number (in this case 1355). You can search Amazon for the part number (41A5021-1H-315) and you will find that the new part number is 41A5021-1M-315. Or you can look up the parts list for the model number (1355) on the Liftmaster / Chamberlain website and you will find the part number for the logic board is 41A5021-1M-315.

Good replacement board
I bought this because my transmitter and/or receiver (logic board) was acting up. I had my existing logic board for 10 years and it worked great, but then something strange happened - I’m still not sure what it was, but I noticed the lightbulb was out, but the lightbulb itself was ok, so I cleaned the contacts and the lightbulb worked again. I then proceeded to replace the logic board (this one) and use a different transmitter that I had from when I bought my house, with a good battery that I tested, that had only been used a few times in the past 10 years…and the garage door just opened whenever it felt like it. Actually it seemed to open consistently twice a day, but all other times was a gamble. So finally I bought a new transmitter and that fixed it. I don’t know why a new transmitter made a difference, unless maybe the frequency was slightly different. I had heard about some neon lights causing interference in the 315MHz range…The cost of this logic board is almost the cost of a completely new unit, so somewhat expensive, but it worked.

It works. Easy to install.
Saved me having to buy and install whole new unit. I just wish it was less expensive (compared to replacing the whole unit) Having trouble with syncing my remote..
