Genius word play.
Kes Gray books are brilliant. This is yet another example of his use of humour, word play and a brilliant pairing with a superb illustrator. The main idea is really about it being okay to be the odd one out and just be yourself. Also it points towards it's okay to change and even be a bit of a rebel sometimes. The Oi! books are highly recommended too. This is a great one for silly joining in from the kids, a bit cheeky at the end too: piddle, piddle, plop! Check out the author's YouTube channel for his own readings of his books, this one is currently there for a taster. Love it.

Good read
Brilliant read for little ones to listen and join in with.Disappointment that the used book I received was a library book from Essex County Council... Hope it had been bought from them, but very dubious as label states 2020

Great book for kids and their adults as well
Its a great story about not fitting in and how sometimes it goes against the grain... but that's OK. Sometimes it's tun to be different to everyone else, you don't have to follow everyone else's tune.My boys love this book, great lesson and lovely but of toilet humour too haha what's not to love.
