2-Ounce Premium Whole Bay Leaves

I just got my order and opened them up, they were sealed for freshness, and they smell fantastic! The leaves are nice and most are whole leaves. As you would expect, there are going to be some leaves that break as they are a dried leaf so of course you have to expect a bit of that, but the majority of mine were whole. I don't have any crushed tiny little pieces, they were packed super well in the plastic jar. I use bay leaves for cooking, for making incense, and for making sachets to keep insects at bay. I made up my normal spring sachets (50 of them) today and still have 3/4ths of my container left, that's with me using 4 - 5 leaves per sachet. So there are a LOT of leaves in there.

Good for cooks who use bay leaves often. It's not the best quality but pretty flavorful. Leaves are not broken much but some has bug holes which I think less harmful chemical used for repelling those insects.

The container is larger than I expected, and the leaves are mostly whole, only a few broken. They were also very fresh judging from the aroma which wafted out of the container when they were opened. MUCH better deal than the tiny container I can get at my local store.

A. This huge jar is about the same price as a tiny little jar at Walmart. B. They're dry, so of course a few are going to break. C. The person who said they aren't fragrant has an issue with their sniffer. I could smell them across the room when I opened the jar.

I placed contents on a tray and was only able to salvage less than 10% as usable pieces. The rest was a crushed mess and some of the leaves had strange dark stains. Threw the rest of the little pieces away. I would recommend the seller try to shove less in the package. Perhaps that would help avoid all the crushing. I'm more interested in quality than quantity. Leaves have no odor of bay leaves. Sad.

These came in and I was so excited to get them because of the description organic ect ... but I got them and most off the whole bay leafs are crushed up I will maybe get to use 10 that are whole Jar will never buy again poor quality ! Again they were suppose to be whole bay leafs not crushed up so not happy at all and I can’t return them!!!! Don’t buy !!! It’s not even worth 1 star!!!

I do a lot of cooking and use bay leaves all the time. These have a great fresh smell.

Is no stars an option? If so that's what this product would get. I use bay leaves for burning & even to light up in flames this product doesn't work. Leaves were broken, dry, and some had black spots.
