The rooms are small and might pose difficulty manovering the people, but I also don't think my kid is going to mind. I decided to open it up and assemble it before wrapping it for Christmas. Some assembly is required and is very easy. It come with a visual diagram on how to put some pieces together. I had a lot of fun looking at every thing and cant wait for her to play with it!
