Berkley Jar Bait Folder

Only issue is the ad description for this item (#1170) states '10 Jars Included' which aren't actually included. Simple error, as the larger version (item #1490) states '16 Jars Not Included'. Goes to figure, the cost of 10 Jars of Power Bait is more than what the cost of the Jar Bait Folder is. Great item, and they are very durable. I've been using 2 of larger 16 jar folders for several years, and haven't had any issues with either of them.

The bag is well made and hold crappie bites well. It very close to the size of a standard 3600 box but a little thicker. Fits well in my travel tackle bad and great for organizing jar baits. No issues with zippers or bands holding jars in place.

I ordered this as a gift for my dad and ended up keeping after looking at it...LOL. I really like the quality, zippers are easy to use, I was able to fit everything I needed into it. The 2 clear zipper pockets are a nice size, allow me to see what's in it. Being able to short my jars of bait is a nice, easy way to find what I'm looking for fast. The size is not too big that it gets in the way and not small where to want I bigger folder. The material is quality and well made. I've used it kayak fishing for the last few months and I love it! I can lay it in my lap easily, pull jars in and out without falling off my lap. It's head up well, easy to clean dirt, mud, fish smells of material. Dry pretty quickly. Now I'm ordering one for my dad for XMAS.

The bag is going with me on a fly fishing trip to Colombia. It will hold all my largest flies (11") along with some terminal tackle like hooks etc. inside the zippered clear pockets on the inside. The mesh Zippered pocket on the other side will be a perfect place to store used flies while they dry. That said, I have had to modify it because it is lacking thoughtful practicality.*I added my own PROPERLY SIZED zippered sleeves because theirs are just of poor quality and too large for their own bag. Their poor quality became evident today when I went to open one and the whole tab ripped off, instead of opening! See photos. I haven't even taken it fishing yet!*I also added bright pink zipper pulls because everything on this bag is black on black on black, and they were hard to see for me. I don't want to be slowed up when the fish are biting! One exception to that is the red white & and black main zipper pulls(2) that are kind of small, but work.*I had to add a yellow handle on the end so I could easily locate and pull it out of my dark dry bag. (It will only fit in my bag that way)When you close the main zipper, you have to stuff the corners of the plastic bags back in in order to zip it. They should have rounded them or just found a bit smaller bags. Overall, this is a good buy. You just may need to modify it to suit your needs.

Great way to keep all your bait organized and truly if done right this is a perfect bank bag for trout fishing. Everything and all you need to catch fish in one place

Even though I just got mine the material quality seems to be a 10. The zippers heavy duty the storage fits hooks,pliers,weights,swivels,and regular sized scissors very well with good zipper quality as well. Last but very nice I was able to fit in a regular sized jar of marshmallows and still zip it up with ease. Pretty impressed so far. Will update if I find flaws but I fish a lot and this will really come in handy.

works great to keep bait secure and organized

First off the product I recieved wasn't the 10 jar model, like the picture in the item listing mine was a 16 jar model. Works great for organizing all my jar baits. The elastic straps could be a little tighter to hold the jars better. But if you fill it with jars they don't move around to much. The material and zipper quality are very nice and seem durable, I expect to get years out of this organizer. The clear zipper pouches are great for bagged soft plastics or a little terminal tackle. Love this bag for going for panfish! I have all my crappie and bluegill jarred baits, floats, hooks and weights in a organized easy to carry container.

Very happy with my bait binder and best recommendation is to get larger size small seems like its a hastle more than a aid and large is amazing fit for all ur soft bait and other rig up needs
