Occasionally if anything sticks just a light scrubbing will do. As noodles are cooking I stir it so it doesn’t stick especially if I crack a couple of eggs in it. Love this pot. I only use it for Ramen. **Q: Will this work on an induction stove?** A: Induction stoves do require you to use a pot that is magnetic. Iron pots, steel-plated pots, and some stainless steel pots. **Q: does the pot turn/change color if it's being used directly on heat (like gas stove)? will it turn dark after use?** A: Mone has not changed color with direct heat. I have used it three or four times on an electric stove. It has not changed color. **Q: Is it enough to make two ramens?** A: Great question. My wife and I tried, but just could NOT make it work with two packages. Why? We found that with additives (in Korean style) i.e. fresh egg, a little veggies, even meats, etc., the amount of room remaining for water in the one pot (using two packages of Ramen) was insufficient.
