I am a tennis player. I play very often 2 hours sessions. For me I use it for my knees. A bit on my wrist and ankles. Only I can say fantastic. I buy 3 then use regularly. Fir me it is invaluable. For muscles I use Physio Gel. Those two are the top of the top if you can get them

Didn’t work for my finger-lock and they do not accept returns so I’m out 25 bucks

This cream has been great. I was having a lot of knee pain. After a month of using it twice a day the pain is gone. Now I use it less often

It goes on Quickly and then spreads just great. It has a nice cooling effect that lasts so I know when I can add more. For a while, I had back spasms and I was desperate to find a product that would help. This one did!

I feel no different after using this product. It cannot be returned. I feel like I wasted my money.
