These gummies certainly seem to make my hair and nails grow quickly. I file my nails every day, but they are not as strong as I would like. Hard to say if it is doing anything for my bones, as I have ostioperosis. As for anti-aging properties I would say, in my case, Father Time remains undefeated. It's nice. Easy to swallow
