What does the inside foam look like? I want a case to carry 10-15 laptops. Is the foam slotted so I can just slide them in?

The foam is Pic n Pull. You make the foam fit anything you want.

Is this case suitable to ship electronics to trade shows via ups of fedex?

Yes, as long as they are packed well with foam. I have heavy astronomy parts in mine and they do well in all settings. I have not shipped them but they do well traveling in the back of my truck all over the south. Never a problem and always dry. I hope this helps.
