Does that mean no oil or butter either?** A: You do not want to use non-stick sprays because the sprays will eventually create a coating on the pan that defeats the non-stick coating of the pan itself. **Q: Does Ballarini have lids that fit these fry pans?** A: I love the pans but can't help you as I do not use covers.
