A great GF alternative to oats in cookies
Because of their texture, I've been using the sliced tiger nuts as an alternative to oats in cookies, fruit crisps, etc. Everyone who has tried them in my recipes has loved them. They provide a similar mouthfeel as oats (just a tad more crispy) and are tastier. I'm going to keep using them.

Awesome!
I almost hate to let everyone know how great these are in case there becomes a shortage! I am allergic to oats, and I miss it. While sliced tiger nuts don't soften like oatmeal, they have a similar taste but slightly sweeter! I have used these to make overnight "oats", banana oatmeal bread, and as a topping for cobblers. I need to try using them in no bake cookies next. While they have a chewier texture, similar to coconut flakes, I am starting to prefer it! Great grain free item, and now a staple in my pantry. I even take some with me when I travel!

Makes Great, Tiger Nut Butter...
Wanted a healthy alternative to the usual nut butters. Found some Tiger Nut Butter on Amazon, but was way too expensive. I purchased this brand of sliced Tiger Nuts and tried making my own. Turned out fantastic. I use my Omega Juicer w/ the nut butter attachment. There is very little oil in Tiger Nuts so I had to run it through the machine several times to get the powder to clump a bit. I added a tablespoon of both: Avocado oil & Coconut oil to approximately one cup of Tiger Nut powder, and a pinch of Cinnamon. You can adjust to your tastes. The flavor is fantastic! Great for toast, or wherever you would use nut butters. I store it in the fridge to stay fresh. It does harden a bit, so take it out 10-15 minutes prior to use and it will soften up to a good texture for spreading. Fine product, that I've purchased over and over again!

Love them
I use them to bake with in place of oatmeal. They have a nice nutty flavor. I also make a trail mix with them. Pricey but healthy. They are not hard like the whole nut.

Don’t waste your money
These are awful! I would give this product a negative 5 if I could. To put it nicely, they taste and chew like slightly sweetened cardboard. Raw dry oats taste better! (Yes, I tried that.) I am hoping to grind them into flour and mix into other flour to be able to use for baking. They are supposed to be very heathful with high fiber.
