This hat is not made for people who actually do EMS. This is for someone who wants to impersonate an emergency official. If your head is the shape of a watermelon, this hat will for great.

Much too large. It was so stiff it looked like a weird helmet on my head.

I bought this for my fiancé. I sewed on buttons on the side so his mask doesn't hurt his ears at work. He loves it.

Awesome hat. Shame the back is Velcro. I will have to eventually see the back once the Velcro is bad. The rest of the hat is good quality.
