How does this compare to the Professional Cleaning solution for removing pet stains and odors? Has anyone tried both?

I have tried both and they both seem to work fine. I prefer this one due to having mainly cat stains and this seems to prevent them from remarking due to still smelling it on the carpet and removes any sight of a stain. I do however have to use the attachment for it to really work, or rub in with a spoon to really get into the stain.

This removes old stains right? odor, too, right? well, if i put in in my carpet cleaner, how long would i let this sit before sucking it back up?
