Small and easy to swallow. Not chalky and very easy on the gut.

Fewer pills Best Absorption
My father needs 200 mg per day. 25 mg means 4 pills in am and 4 in pm. With these he takes 2 at a time. Ots great. Bisglycinate it is best for absorption and easy to swallow too. His labs are perfect at 91 y.o.

Iron Bisglycinate
The iron seems to be working, the only issue I had was that it expires in April of 2024, and I just purchased it in January 2024. The price is right, but I would be scared to order it again for that reason.

Product expired 5 months ago.
I received these ABBLO iron supplements on 9/30/24. According to the label on the package, they expired in April 2024 (04/2024). Lot number 92695.I would not recommend ordering these. I saw another review from earlier in 2024 that also received a bottle that expires 04/2024.

Expired Product
I ordered this iron supplement before and it worked well. However, this order was expired and did not work.

Excellent Chelated iron source
Excellent iron! Thank you for making a concentrated dosage in a small easy to swallow tablet! Not digestion issues with this product. Definitely improving my iron uptake and my blood test numbers. Thank you!

They dissolve quickly so don't accidentally get them wet.
