This is a great set of accessories for use with Theraband tubes or bands. They seem to be sturdy and well made, and they work well for the intended purposes. We got this set to do exercises at home that were recommended by a physical therapist. No instructions come with the kit; However, the Theraband company is based in Akron, Ohio, and they have great customer service. You can email them or call during normal business hours. When you call, you get a person who seems to be in Akron Ohio. They were most helpful in answering my questions. I did not do any comparison-shopping regarding similar products by other companies; but, because of the great customer service and the quality of the products, we will stick with Theraband for our physical therapy needs.

With the use of this equipment the first time in ten years have I been able to utilize Thera bands successfully with more comfort in use of them and ten years ago I broke my back and neck.Best addition to my therapy.

Well constructed and great for physical therapy and rehabilitation at home as well as routine isometric exercises. I'd recommend for home use. One minus is for the cost the handle kit should be sold with the bands.

Nice practical handles for THERABAND exercise bands.

Bought this for my physical therapy at home primarily for the door anchor and it works awesome! I have to tension myself at the top & sides of the door & it holds me very firmly in place for both & I feel secure! Love it.

The handles included in this kit can be used with exercise bands or tubing, both of which I have used extensively in physical therapy and exercise classes. Their simple design makes them easy to use and adjust, quick to change out for different exercises or levels of resistance. The padded foam grips are roomy enough for large hands, without being uncomfortable for smaller ones. With acessories to attach the band to a door or loop over your foot, you can pack a whole body exercise machine in a make-up bag. The best part of these tools is the safety factor: no more bands/tubes slipping and snapping back into my face! Also, no more ruining a band by knotting it for a certain exercise and trying to unknot it repeatedly for another. Wish I bought these years ago!

I am so happy that I bought these Theraband handles. I use Therabands several times a week to keep my shoulders in shape. These handles rotate smoothly, fit my hands well, and make using Therabands so much easier to use than just the bands alone. I highly recommend them.

After two months the foam on the handles split a little on the ends. They still work fine. The door anchor works well when I used it. Not sure if it could mess up the paint on the edge of the door after time. The accessory strap is well made and has shown no signs of breaking down after two months of daily use.

After a few uses the foam is all breaking off of the handle. Very disappointed.

Das Thera-Band Zubehörset ist für jeden, der mit Thera-Band sich fit halten möchte eine super Ergänzung. Mit dem Türanker und der Fußschlaufe eröffnen sich Übungsmöglichkeiten, welche mit Thera-Band allein nicht machbar wären. Hervorzuheben sind die Griffe, da sie ein sicheres und entspanntes Greifen ermöglichen. Hinzukommt, dass der Zug mittig wirkt und nicht seitlich, wie wenn die Enden des Thera-Bands mit bloßen Händen gehalten wird. Somit können die Übungen mit sauberer Technik ausgeführt werden. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

il lavoro con gli elastici è l'unica terapia utile per il recupero delle lesioni alla cuffia dei rotatori della spalla o per la prevenzione o ancora per il riscaldamento prima di una sessione di esercizio fisico. Questi accessori sono molto utili per il lavoro a casa e soprattutto per fissare l'elastico alla porta lungo tutto il suo asse e quindi non solo alla maniglia. La maniglietta consente di lavorare bene con il polso senza essere costretti ad attorcigliarsi l'elastico alla mano. il sistema per fissare l'elastico agli accessori e semplice e non danneggia il prodotto. Molto consigliato.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the door anchor is very weak - it snapped in half after less than a week. And I want to make it clear that this is by no means seller's fault. The handles on the other hand are amazing - sturdy with very soft and comfortable grips. The shipment was VERY quick and the handles are very useful - a must have for everyone who uses Thera-Band for resistance exercises. Strongly recommended product. (Thera-Band people, if you ever read this post - please re-think the door anchor design or material...)
