Again, I don't know if I received a weak batch because I never felt tingling of any kind even while keeping it in my hair for three minutes or more. Do not use expecting it to lather up, if you're lathering up you're using too much. The instructions specifically state that. I also used a scalp massaging scrubbing brush which also helped. Leave it in your hair for 3 to five minutes, use a second time if needed. Then once I toweled dried my hair, I used a scalp oil as well which also helped. So far I have no noticed any hair loss from using this, which is a good thing.
