Gorilla Mounting Tape, Double-Sided, Clear & Heavy Duty - Combo Pack

I am disappointed at the Gorilla Tape. It looks good and does a nice job when it comes to light work, but falls short when it comes to heavy duty work. I like that it is transparent, but it is a hassle to get the tape covering the oversite off. It is set for more weight that it can actually handle. The tape is good for a lot of places you don't want holes in your walls, but don't expect it to carry heavy objects. The should design it so the tape on the other side is easily removed. It takes a long time to find a way to remove it. Even the Black double sided tape is good to go. If you want to spend a lot of time working at removing the safe guard strip on the upper side of the tape, it is a pain but worth the effort.

Used to hang up a 5piece canvas art picture. Pictures randomly fall off on occasion even after applying alot of pressure for the adhesive to adhere.Also the backing tape is hard to remove unless you use a tool or have long nails.

Over rated. It sticks to your fingers more than it does to metal or plastic. And after.it gets wet, forget about it.

This is strong stuff. And I would try to get it right on the first try.
