no complaints. They work well and were a great replacement for some flimsy ones we had. these are thick and durable. and we wash in dishwasher although I'm not sure we're supposed to. they do not melt. Great value. love that they have the opening for ease of gripping when pulling out of the cupboard.

This is my second purchase of these cutting boards. I used the prior set daily for 18 months. The boards lay flat and do not slide on stone counter tops. They are great for chopping vegetables. There are no bumps in the mats so food does not stick. They clean easily with soapy water or in the dishwasher. They are convenient to store. Best of all they are a good value at a reasonable cost so one can purchase a new set when the old ones look worn.

Thin plastic, not sure if it's HDPE or PVC. A bit flimsy on its own, I recommend using it on a RIGID, FLAT surface like a countertop or on top of another (more rigid) cutting board. Nice to have several in a pack. You can use the icons on each to designate them for specific tasks - i.e. if you are cooking for a vegan AND a steak-eater so the meat won't be cut on the same board as the veggies. Or use them all interchangeably, keep the spares as backups for when the first one inevitably fails (in a few years). The top cutting surface is smooth for easy cleaning. The bottom surface is a grid lattice, which helps give it friction so it won't slide around on the counter while you're using it. This grid can be hard to clean though, if you get bits of food stuck in there it may take a bit of effort to remove it completely. Fair trade though, for providing some stability while I'm cutting something on top of it. These will eventually need to be replaced, because of two factors. 1. Plastic... exposure to sunlight causes a reaction that slowly over a few years makes it more fragile and brittle. 2. Used as intended... over time, the knife will slice through the plastic. Not right away... this takes a few years usually, but still eventually you'll cut all the way through the plastic board. Also, it is plastic so DO NOT PUT IT ON THE STOVE OR IN THE OVEN. Heat will melt this thing. It will handle up to around 250 F though, so you can put food on it that was in the oven or the frying pan. The heat might warp the shape a little bit though.

Thick and good quality. Not like other flimsy plastic boards! Recommend and will buy again!

I don’t cut fish, but I use the fish board to season my fish. I absolutely love the colors. My husband thought they were placemats at first and as I was washing them, he grabbed one and sat at the kitchen table. He said, nice stiffer placemats - lol! I explained, these are nice and thin, flexible, durable and pretty cutting boards. Each mat has a stencil in the corner identifying something they recommend be cut. I use the purple everyday to cut/chop/dice veggies. The colors are nice and vibrant. My sister came over and took two (clear and green). My brother took another. There’s plenty in the set. Now the red one is my husband’s portable placemat - lol! If I could change one thing, make it slightly longer, so after you cut one medium onion you still have room to cut a bell pepper. Overall, grab a set.

Good quality plastic. I cut this product to the size of my board, because I needed to buy what is suitable for my kitchen. If someone thinks that this plastic will not be with stripes after a knife, then I will grieve you, any plastic will be with stripes. I really like this product.

Got these because it was a cheap set of cutting boards. There's not much wrong with the boards themselves, and they keep my counters safe from my knife while providing a stable surface. The problem comes when you go to clean these - they're advertised as dishwasher safe, but one wash in the dishwasher and they're so warped and curly that they're rather difficult to use. If you want a cheap set of cutting boards, these do the job, just keep them out of the dishwasher.

These were as described and take hardly any room in my small kitchen.

Great product, sturdy, cut resistant, flexible allowing for quick transfer of cut products to plates or bowls. The boards clean up easily for reuse at a later date.
