My wife has arthritis in her hands and got to the point she couldn't squeeze the press type anymore and she was tired of trying to clean it. This one worked better since she didn't have to squeeze it, and is easier to clean. Definitely a set up from what she was previously using.But, now she is using a citrus zester and that works even easier for her.

It's a solid piece and sturdy that actually delivered what it does. It smashed half of a garlic bulb at once, the mini knife scrapper very handy, also the green roll thing it actually works peeling skin off only one at a time. Not only that, but it made so much easier in the kitchen.

It is a little hard to press down, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy. Saves a bunch of time if you are doing a lot of garlic and the peel remover works so good!!! We put it in the dishwasher and it was fine.

This is just great. Yes is takes a little muscle. Seems some cloves of garlic press easier than others. I also love the peeler. It works as described and no more sticky garlic finger trying to peel the skin off. I also used the rocker to mince some fresh ginger and it worked just great. I also love that it is very easy to clean. Very high quality. Well worth the price.

I'll stick with the kind you fill and press which is a lot easier to use then this one.

I love this garlic press. Yes it does take a bit of strength to use but it's great! I found it takes as much strength to use as the press you squeeze together, yet this one is much easier for me to use. I read one review that said there was still waste, if you keep rocking there's no watse, but make sure you take off the skin of the garlic. The roller that is included is great for removing the skin on the garlic. I read another review that if you cut the garlic clove to give a flat surface it works better, yes that's true. I did that with one of the larger cloves I had and it worked very well. I also found clean up it very easy, the little brush included helps with that.

This is the neatest gadget! It works just like it says, just rock this Garlic Press on a clove of garlic and it's done! It also works on other things such as onions, apples or anything you want minced up to ad to your dish! LOVE IT!!!!

Stop cheating customers! Description and picture say that 4 items will be sent - only press was sent, all other items were missing like peeler, scraper and brush, as other reviewers have also reported in their comments. Very poor, wastage of time and money.

It's used product. There is no other things like silicone garlic peeler cleaning brush.. not as shown in picture..
