The quality is really great, and I'm sure that for some people this works. For me for RUNNING it was too long, too bulky, and not able to take up the slack. It has two loop handles, which add weight/bulk and get in the way. It only has two small segments with bungee as shock absorbers, so it doesn't take up a lot of slack. Those bungees are high spring force, meaning they are only really for shock, not drawing up the slack for when the dog gets closer/farther away if you get out of sync while running.I ended up getting out the sewing machine, took out all the handle loops and bungees, and put a lighter bungee through the whole length of the webbing (and tightened it up to length when the dog is right next to me). I also removed all the metal clips to prevent the metal clanging, sewed it right to the D rings on its waist band and a dog collar, and shortened the waistband so that the extra webbing doesn't get in the way of the slider for the leash. Works really well, very light and flexible.

I use this to walk an agressive pulling dog and it helps me be able to keep it controlled without ripping my arm off. Strong materials and easy to use. I wish maybe there was another handle closer to the waist and also more color options.

this thing is great, i totally would buy it again if ever needed. it is holding up amazing! and it does so much justice for ur arms, i have nerve and muscles problems in my arms and a regular leash was so terrible to use, but this one around the waste is a blessing for no arm pain. and it actually stopped my dog from being a puller. the bunge isn’t super bungee, you have to really pull hard for it to strech.

I walk my dog 2.5-3 miles every day, and I found that my hand was cramping and my wrist was hurting from such frequent use.I bought this specific leash because it was one of the less expensive options, and so far, I can't imagine going back to a normal leash.My dog has acclimated well to this leash, and I like that it has two handles so I can keep her close if we're walking near a busy street, passing other dogs, etc., but the overall freedom for both of us when I'm just using the waist tether is great.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a leash for runs so I could go hands free. I had a back injury and holding the leash and tugging it occasionally was starting to bother me. This came with an adjustable belt and bungee leash.I was afraid the waist would be too small but it’s plenty big and very adjustable. I love the bungee leash because I can just keep running and if he starts to dilly dally the bungee gives a natural tug to remind him to keep moving, without jerking me to a stop.It’s got reflective stitching and two padded handles you can grab to pull your dog close (I use it when cars pass). I don’t use the one closer to the dog, it’s too far down for me. In fact, it would be nice if the handles were both positioned about six inches closer to the waist attachment than they are. But the one handle gets the job done.My dog and I are both super happy with this leash and it didn’t break the bank. Great value for the money.

I love this leash so much! It allows for me to walk my dog hands-free and use my phone at the same time. It has attention to it so when he pulls too hard he just bounces back to me it’s so easy to just clip on your waist and go about your walk.

Bought as a replacement for a similar leash. All the features of previous product and appears to be sturdier.

Never believed in this type of running leash , boy did I miss out on relaxed running with my dog
