Some covers leave a white powder from the fleece lining inside. Has anyone experienced that problem with this cover for trucks?

Not only did my cover start flaking white stuff, when I removed the cover, the outside part of the cover would start falling onto my car, then onto the ground. Embarrassing and messy! Not to mention the cover ripped in multiple places after only 6 months. Cheap cover and not worth it!
