So there are 24 wafers?

Yes there were 24 wafers, and yummmmy

Are the waffle individually wrapped?

Hi Jill,Thanks for your inquiry! Sorry - this package does not have the cookies individually wrapped. They come in a plastic, resealable sleeve though to help keep them fresh. We hope this answer helps your buying decision. We are glad to be of service!

How large is each wafer? And is it very thin and delicate? (They only weigh 1 ounce apiece)

Each one is round about 3 1/2 inches across. It's a sandwich, two thin delicate wafers with a buttery caramel syrup in between. So the taste is substantial, sweet and chewy, not light or crispy

Delicious snack!

These waffles taste amazing as a snack in the afternoon. They're a bit sweet so you might want to have them with a cup of black coffee or strong tea.
