I already been using this product for quite awhile now after i got this last month. It does the job.it is small but it works as it should. I like it cause its compact the disadvantage I seen is you need something to put on to leveled out to your laptop plug but besides that. I would say i would recommend it.

iPhones must use the iPhone "Camera" adapters to connect to most DACs. The problem is, the iPhone Camera Adapter connects to a USB A Male and many newest DACs, such as my EarMen Sparrow, connect with a USB C Male. This typically requires a second adapter cable (one comes with the Sparrow, but you must provide the Camera Adapter), but now you are left with a long ungainly double cable connector. Available lightning to USB C Male cable connectors are almost always "charging only" and don't work to connect DACs directly to iPhones. This inexpensive adapter works perfectly to replace the second adapter cable, makes a much cleaner connections, and sounds great (i.e., does not reduce sound quality, which is amazing with the Sparrow).

I have a pair of Bluetooth Earbuds with a USB-C charging port underneath it's charging case. A flaw but not a game changer. Case had to charged on it's side instead of upright. Now with this adapter I can charge upright on a power strip.

Had it for the radio connection in my car, as soon as I put the phone in holder it broke off, had to use tweezers to pull it off my phone connecter.

I like to keep one of these in the zipper pocket of my wallet. It's small enough to fit without being a burden and it means if I can find a USB port it's possible to charge my phone if without carrying around bulky cables or batteries. I keep it there basically in case of emergency, so I did test it but haven't actually used it for the intended purpose.
