I am seen much sooner by drivers both during the day and at night. However, I would have liked if there was a greater surface area of the reflective material. Still, compared to just wearing fluorescent colors, this helps you stand out while walking/running.Another thing to know is that there is a max number of 25 washes for this vest before the reflective material no longer reflects. It's light and comfortable and does not constrict your movement.
