Happy with purchase
Happy with this purchase, works well.I wanted a computer for general use as well as something capable of playing some of the dated titles I have nostalgia for such as Call of Duty MW2 & Bioshock it plays both of these well without skipping a beat. I suspect it could handle newer titles well also.The insides of the unit look neat and securely arranged.It's hard to find anything to gripe about the fans are slightly louder than your standard computer, however I suspect the cooling capacity is also greater than your standard office unit, nothing that is overly noticeable. In addition I believe you can't turn the cool and funky fan LED's on the front off - I have had a look at the BIOS utility but don't think they are controllable. Although maybe it is possible to disconnect power to the LED's which I will look to do in the future.Pleased with the product a good machine at a decent price. If your not looking to build your own PC then this is the way to go. If your looking to play older games or less graphically intensive ones like League of Legends this is an ideal machine that won't let you down whatsoever. If you are looking to play the very newest titles I suggest you check and compare the spec yourself to what you require.

Avoid, bad customer service, broke after 3 days expected to fix it for them!
Bought this as a starter PC for my sons birthday, and what a mistake! firstly it was either the totally the wrong the PC or deliberately had different and missing hardware. The inside was filthy greasy fingerprints all over the case and internals, and then after 3-4 boots on the morning of my sons birthday the BIOS crashed and the computer became a useless box, that's that day ruined. Their customer support was only interested in me fixing the PC for them! its a joke! Once I requested a replacement the answers stopped and they weren't interested anymore.

Excellent value for mid level gaming PC
Runs mid tier games really well and basic programmes rapidly. The whole service was fantastic from the company from purchasing to delivery. Highly reccomend the company and would use them agian without a doubt. Also very easy to add extra memory and a GPU for more demanding games but personally it does everything I expect it to do very well.

Decent enough once you get it going
Firstly, you need to know what you're doing PC-wise as there's no operating system, i.e no Windows.The drives are not configured in the Bios either, so you'll need to do that before installing Windows.My main problem was the power supply, only 500w, which wasn't enough for my geforce rtx 2070, so had to buy another psu.Once all that was done, the PC runs well.
