When it's not running and has got the room to the humidity level you require for some reason the display show 75% or more on the display. I thought that this was wrong, so I purchased 2 different hygrometers which both give the same reading within 1-2% of each other. I also put my Meaco dehumidifier in the same room, and it's reading never went above 60%.I contacted the manufacturer, who basically said that the 2 hygrometers that I purchased were wrong. I asked how the humidity could suddenly jump from 50% to 75% in the space of 5 minutes, to which I have had no reply.The problem is if it thinks it's 75% humidity when it isn't, it is going to keep turning itself back on wasting electricity. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Needed to return it *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2024* It certainly work well getting rid of humidity.
