The first scooter was the correct one although the suspension has broken (it still works though). The second one was a completely different product. Had I not bought two of the same product, I may not have noticed and would have put it down to being poor quality. It is much worse quality, seems to have been a DIY build. I contacted the company as by the time my son had opened his present, it was too late to return. Their response was to say sorry, they had run out of the original product. No offer to replace / return and now it is impossible to contact them.
