Can this be reversible? The top has a lot of green on it where as the underside is all white

I used this topper for a three week caravan holiday and it was very comfortable. I myself would not reverse the topper as all the comfort is on the top side. Once a sheet is on the bed you do not see the green side.

Can this mattress be machine washed

The bamboo mattress topper is machine washable at a max temperature of 90°F (32°C), which is often the lowest setting. It can also be tumble-dried on the lowest heat, however, we do not recommend drying it completely. Instead, dry it until it is 70-80 percent dry and air-dry it for a few hours after.

Is the full size for a double bed?

Both a full-size mattress and a double mattress have the same bed dimensions—54” wide by 75” long.

How thick is the padding on this topper?

The bamboo mattress topper is initially compressed for shipping but should be approximately 2 inches thick once fully expanded and fluffed up.
