Delicious
The flavor it really nice; it provides a nice relaxing hot drink at the end of a hectic day. Although there are a few steps in creating this relaxing drink, it's certainly not hard. One teaspoon is the perfect amount to create the flavor that I want. The only downside to this product is that the spices don't dissolve completely so there is a small amount of residue at the bottom of the mug...just don't drink the last little sip; otherwise this is a great option for Chai tea. Highly recommend.

So good with black coffee!!
This blend is fantastic. I was trying to re-create the masala tea. They have at my favorite Indian Restaurant howeverโฆ I do not possess the skills. Instead, I have taken to adding a spoonful of this mixture to my black, hot coffee and calling it a day. The coffee feels more exotic and it tastes amazing. I will definitely try again. My only complaint is that the lid was broken on arrival, but as you can see, Iโve used almost the entire thing already. It was still sealed underneath, and the quality doesnโt seem to have been diminished over the months.

Warm, fragrant and delightful in black tea!
Slightly warm flavor profile. Fragrant and delightful added to black tea! Good value.

Best Iโve ever had
Strongest flavor out of any Iโve ever had. Most authentic. One teaspoon goes a long way. Has a slightly โspicyโ bite from the ginger and cinnamon, but I mean that in the best way possible because I love it. Itโs also very finely ground up powder Most of which will sink to the bottom of the cup so almost no need to filter it out. This is just the spices it does not contain any tea so buy that separately.

Solid product
The other reviewers were right - this product is heavy on the black pepper. However, this is way more cost effective than buying chai lattes at the corner coffee shop - and MUCH more flavorful. I use either a black tea bag when I'm in a hurry or do the whole shebang with loose black tea leaves when I have more time, to make a very delicious chai - hot or iced, that's way better in terms of flavor and aroma than the boxed kind. I wish there was more cardamom but that's an easy fix. Otherwise, very lovely product and helpful for anyone who wants to make chai that's better than the boxed kind but doesn't want to grind their own spices.

I drink this every morning.
Very good blend. I've made my own masala for years, but this is what I drink from day to day. Consistently good quality and flavor, affordable price and good value, plus it's a lot more convenient than making my own all the time, and less expensive. Oh, and delicious!

Nasty nothing but pepper no spices, no flavor not worth the trouble or the expense.
Nasty, not going to purchase ever again from this seller. Gritty, metallic taste, usually fills the house with a spicy warming smell not this batch all you get is the arch-rid smell of black pepper. No Cinnamon no cardamom, no ginger and nothing but black pepper. I have asked several other friends to taste the mix out of the jar and they all end up spitting it out due to the pepper. Itโs as if someone has cut back on the good spices and increased the pepper since itโs the cheapest to make money while they still can get away with taking advantage of the consumer. For the price you pay you expect to get what youโre paying for, if I wanted a pepper pot I would grind my own fresh black pepper. We will not be buying this again and will make our own recipe itโs cheaper and far better than anything that comes from this company.

Good taste but not fine enough
I really like the flavor of this mix. I add 1/2 - 3/4 tsp to a 16 oz mug with a ginger teabag and a roobios tea bag. My big complaint is that the spices are not ground finely enough. When I get to the end of the cup, I must chew the last few sips of tea! I have tried using a tea strainer to filter out the bigger pieces and it helps but not enough. I will probably finish the mix but try something else after that.

Best Chai tea I had in a long time. Very tasty and it have that special kick I find so refreshing. To make it, I use the water for one big cup. put it in a pot on the stove. Add 1 bag of black tea, then some ginger and about 1 teaspoon or less of the chai mix. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and remove the tea bag and let it rest for 2 minutes. Most of the sediments will deposit in the bottom. Then slowly poor in a cup, leaving the sediments in the pot. Then I add milk and honey and it is ready for your enjoyment. Most of the recipes suggest boiling the milk and sugar with the mix, but by doing it separately you can enjoy your Masala Chai tea immediately. Otherwise you have to wait for it to cool before drinking it.

It's a delicious complex blend of spices that can be added to black or green tea or just add hot water for caffeine free

I use this as an addition to my loose leaf chai which I find does not have a strong flavour. I just add a little bit and it does a very good job of improving the flavour of my cuppa. This is a bit peppery so if you do not like that in your tea be careful of how much you use.

I get turned on and off foods at the flip of a switch. Just after I bought this I was off making chai from scratch and just wanted a tea pot and three different types of tea bags steeping into a decent enough mix. Or just a cup of decent coffee. Well, I'm back 'on'. Sort of. One of my favorite tea bags hasn't been on sale in a long time and I need a better hit of masala! I pulled this out of the cupboard and boiled up a cup or so of strong spice tea and strained it into my teapot that was steeping with rather lackluster tea bags. Enjoying my first decent cuppa in days right now as I look through items I haven't reviewed yet... I like this mix, and I like that I can doctor it up any way I want while it boils (add lemon peel, or fresh ginger, a couple of earl gray tea bags...) I've also used the strained liquid in my baking when I need a cup of water or something. Chai masala makes everything better. (Especially pancakes, try it).

Nice flavor however I found itโs a bit heavy on the peppery flavor which I donโt care for.
