The seller (likely importer) has two different business addresses--one in WY and one in TX. I was told this item would come from TX. It didn't ship until the day it was supposed to arrive, 12/22...from NJ. Then of course the terrible storm hit the eastern half of the country. Nothing to be done about the weather, I understand. But it was a absolute shipping fail! Seems to be made more for wooden hoops. Plus, when I stick it under my leg to hold it (like it says I should be able to do) It doesn't tilt. It only tilts front to back, not side to side, so you have to put it on a table in front of you, or have it sitting on your lap in front of you to use it.
