I have a Truxedo X15 tonneau cover that is very similar to a jeep top. Will this produqct be ok on it?

Only if it's a Twill which I would not think a tonneau cover would be. Best top makes one for regular tops. Twill is like what you see on boats its a soft fabric.

What do you use to clean the twill material on a suinrider for hard top?

Hello, The best way will be to wash it by hand, using Dawn dish soap, a soft bristle brush, and warm water. You can take it through a touchless wash, but do not be surprised if you get a leak here and there, that is normal, due to the angle and pressure of the water, but it is ok.
