I keep it on the back seat of my car. It’s spacious (sometimes too much) but does a great job of keeping food warm. When I pull up to a delivery point and the customer sees me walk back and open this up to get their food out, it definitely gives the customer a perception that I care about the quality of their food delivery. I feel like on a few occasions it has contributed to a higher tip. Living in the northeast, having something to keep the food warm is essential, and this bag does the trick. The bag stays upright and doesn’t collapse, so it’s sturdy enough for my needs. I don’t carry it, so I can’t speak on durability and portability. I’ve had no issues with the zippers and I like that there are two of them.
