Works OK quite quite. Only small issue I had was trying to connect it to WiFi kept failing contacted manufacture by the app and they came back fairly fast . After trying few things discovered it was problem with having password made up of letters and numbers. If only numbers it worked not a case of upper lower case. In my case as I have two access points changed one password to numbers only. If you have simple system you may have to change to numbers password. Reported to manufacture so they may correct this as suspect it is firmware issue

Not happy mine came damaged plug and top panel plus dirty damaged box other then that very silent both night and speed one you can turn off lights any mode easy operate no problems auto mode works great picks up fine dust and vapour but pet hairs and larger particles not very well the sensor works good.

I’ve bought lots of air conditioners and ionisers over many years and even though this is not an ioniser it’s the best one. I bought one around 2 years ago and recently purchased another. A tip though is the filters are really expensive around £40 each time. I do not buy the Levoit filters I buy one from Amazon which is around £40 too except you receive two of them and they’re exactly the same. This is a brilliant product also vacuum the filter every 2 weeks or so depending if you have pets to prolong your filters.

After originally finding this product to be great at doing everything it was advertised to do, I have to now reverse my decision and call it garbage. Almost $300 for the purifier on sale, spending $150 on filter replacements in the first 6 months of ownership and then it stops working all together. Understanding we are all in the middle of a pandemic at the moment I wasn't expecting it to be repaired, replaced instantly. But apparently it wont be fixed or replaced at all by Levoit as there support networks says I have to go find who ever sold it to me on Amazon as they DONT support their product if bought here. The reply from the reseller also amounts to sucks to be me. Waste of Money and time to own a Levoit product.

I bought mine, due to having Asthma and covid side effects. After a month I have not seen a spec of dust in this unit!.It's very quiet running, I don't even have it on sleep mode during nights. But I cannot say its worth buying
