When I initially opened the package I thought well this is going to be rubbish but it's brilliant different colours and lots in the pack and it actually works. This is the first review I've ever written as was that impressed

These are fine but tend to expel their “ink” quite quickly at times - so not smooth lines … however they are easily removed with heat so I can live with it 😉

Such a lifesaver!!! Ive been sewing for a long time now and never considered using these pens. I finally gave it and WOW I’m never going back to chalk again. You get 4 pens in different colours and masses of refills. They are normal pen size so it makes them comfortable to use. They work really well and really do disappear when you iron over them. Very good value for money, the tip glides easily over any material and is very precise.

These are really quite good! They don’t last long, not a lot of ink in them but they stay put so when you are sewing along the line it doesn’t rub off too easily and don’t smudge. Good choice of colours which suit pretty much every fabric colour. My only gripe is that on some of them when you take the cap off, the whole nib comes with it. Luckily there are lots of them so being unable to use a few of them is not the end of my world. Will certainly buy more.

They don't mark the fabric very well I had to keep going over the same place and the white one leaked into the lid

Getting back into sewing with cordura/nylon/polypropylene fabrics and got these pens. They work well on dark and light materials. The iron setting for nylon/PP is low but the marks disappear completely. Highly recommended.

Totally useless. The refills are not compatible with pens. I missed the return window 🙄 Thankfully the refills work with my Sostrene Grene pen.

I've just tested it. It's not consistent across the fabric but can see it so i'm okay with it. Goes off easily with heat except the white pen, I've noted some dark stain after its ironed on.. so will prob not use white if i can (or will do a patch test on the specific fabrics before using.). Will update on length of use etc. Cost me about £10 inc delivery..

These seem like great value for the price paid! There is a wide variety of colour options. They come with the empty shell of a pen (quite a few of those) and then tons of the colourful inserts. Some of the inserts seem too long for the insert. Some of the shells don’t screw together completely. They are clearly not made very well, but they still work. The ink, depending on colour choice against fabric colour, show up well and disappear well under heat. The detailed marking is way better than chalk, in my experience so far.

They are great. They work great on the material and come off with the iron.

I love these pens! The ink glides on and the variety of colours means there’s one for every fabric. The marks disappear with the touch of an iron and they do not return. I was having difficulty seeing my previous stitching while doing free-motion quilting white-on-white, so I used a pink marker to draw my new path. I’ll admit to being a bit nervous about it, but all marks ironed out completely, even with stitching over them. When using the pens this way they don’t last too long, I think I used four on my quilt, but they are worth every penny and are now a “must” on my sewing studio supply list.

I used one pen periodically for an hour. Each time, l used, l put lid back n. Within one hour, the ink had run out. Tried a 2nd marker. Same thing happened. Would not purchase again
