The BXX Max is a great case and it fits the iPhone XS Max like a glove. The included tempered glass screen protector is a nice bonus. The case delivers on its claims of quick charging, and wireless QI charging. I was able to charge the case wirelessly via my both my Anker QI car charger/cradle and my Anker wireless QI charging stand. It is worth noting that the charger required a sweet spot on the wireless stand to get it to charge consistently. The case is nice, but I wish it had more grip. The surface is too smooth and slick, and it also shows fingerprints. Additionally, I don’t like that it uses a micro-USB port instead of the iPhone’s native lightning port. This is most problematic if you plan to use the wired iPhone headphones. The battery on the case is very power and delivers a speedy charge. A full charge can give you 2 days between charges. The case naturally adds some weight and bulk but that is to be expected with a case that delivers such power between charges. I probably would not use this case as a everyday case considering the size and weight, however if I was planning to be away from a charging source for a a good part of the day or couple of days, I would certainly take this case to keep me powered and connected! It is a fantastic buy at the stated price point!

I love this case! I feel like I rarely have to actually plug up my phone to charge it. It will give me one full charge so, I really just charge it every 2-3 days! I use my phone constantly for work and music. Dropped it once in the parking lot and my phone is fine! It does add some bulk of course, but that would be expected with any battery case. Very happy with this case! :)

The battery doesn’t hold a charge all day like they claim. It also won’t charge my phone when it’s only 2-3 bars of power which they claimed has never been reported so I guess the one I received is just that special. Customer service was pretty rude. Was going to recommend this to my family for their cell phones but told them to go with another brand.

I have been very happy with the case. With every case they make their product gets impressively better. It protects your phone from the inevitable drop. Mine has crashed to the floor multiple times with no damage to the case and most importantly the phone. When plugged in it charges the phone first then the case, which is an important feature to me. The case is a genuine extension of the phone. I often use my phone as a GPS and when plugging in the case into the car - it works perfectly. The case is slick case, adds very little extra bulk or weight to the iPhone and the battery lasts a very long time.

I really wanted a case that would also charge my teens cell phone since they deplete the battery so fast. 🤦🏼‍♀️ However this one initially didn’t work. We held the power down button for 3 seconds and it wouldn’t charge or turn on. My spouse pushed the phone down further in to the case despite being installed properly and it would start the charge if we pushed it down. I don’t know if the contacts or pins were defective but it would charge for a few minutes-turn off then turn back on and charge on its own. It was so weird. I kept hearing the sound of it starting to charge every few minutes. I returned it and I’ll just get a regular case with a separate battery pack.
