Hands down, the best herbal mix out there!!

My favorite! I use this with sausage, stuffed bread sausage. It goes so well with it. I use this for my breakfast dishes. I wish it had a bit more lavender taste but it’s really good. Glad I bought this! The size of it last a long time.

My 2nd purchase of this item because I like the balance of flavors. It has more savory than some other brands and you can really taste and smell the lavender. However, with this bottle the herbs are ground more coarsely than my previous batch, and it's so coarse that nothing comes through the small round holes when I shake it. I'll have to first put it in a grinder for like a split second (so it doesn't get too fine) and then put it back in the bottle so I can use the shaker. So far I've just been crushing it further using my fingers but it's not easy. I can shake it through the large hole, and that's fine for when I'm using it in soups or anything that will cook for a long time, but I prefer using herbs de Provence uncooked, on top of eggs and egg salad and such, but it's a little too coarse for that. Still, I really like the flavor.

Wow I love this seasoning!! I add it to just about everything now, soups, roasted veggies, tofu, you name it. I particularly like that this one comes in a glass jar with a metal top. I will repurchase this same one as soon as my current one is finished, which will be soon.
