– 100 Pictorial Yellow Giant Sunflower Seed Packet Contains 100 Seeds

These were very easy to grow, amazed at how tall they are, was expecting 5 foot but they have easily reached the 10ft mark. Beautiful, but make sure you have some form of support as they are so tall and will fall if you have a windy day (a couple of mine snapped but I actually taped them back together with gaffer tape and they healed themselves which really impressed me) How big your sunflowers grow depend on where you plant them. I have several that are 10ft tall and also a couple that have only grown to about 4ft because the soil is much dryer and a little less sun but they are still beautiful). I started mine off in the house, then moved them to the greenhouse and when they reached 6 inches I planted them in the garden and watered every couple of days... make sure the frost has passed before you plant then outside. I will add a photo later on for all to see!

Have only used 1 seed so far, came out the soul in just under 3 weeks but is progressing great

We bought these for a family Sunflower growing contest. Pathetic. Half of the seeds planted did not germinate. Of those that did, one out of eight managed to struggle to 6 foot tall. And it had a flower head smaller across than my palm. Several of the others have much smaller heads - but lots of them … and multi-headed sunflowers are never particularly tall. Coincidentally, my friend bought a pack of seeds form the same company, purporting to be bush sunflowers - and got EXACTLY the same results as us - one at 6 foot, a couple with multiple heads, definitely not bush sunflowers. It seems they just put any old seeds in the pack, and any old description on the packet.

Lots of seeds value for money

Just received my order 15th March 2021, best before date is March 2021. Usually you get a couple of years use out of seeds, 100 seeds that lose quality this quickly isn't ideal, hopefully they are ok 🤷
