Can I bind a different remote to this boat?

Timothy. Im sure if you have extensive knowledge of electronics it would be a piece of cake. Otherwise i do not believe it was meant to be run by a remote other than the one that came with it.

Can I purchase just replacement fins for this boat?

In the package that the boat came in there is a website to buy the parts for the boat. Actually it was just a web address. The little boat was super fun and fast. For the price it was no surprise that it stopped working after about 6 times in the water. It was fun to play with but it was so inexpensive that I would recommend buying a new one if you have any issues at all!
