Q: How sturdy is this house?

Yes! Very sturdy and durable. This house has made it through two rain storms

Q: Can i keep this outside 24/7? And could i put straw in it?

Mine is outdoors 24/7 and I am amazed how it has held up. As far as putting straw in, you could although I do not.

Q: Can I use a heated cat pad in this house safely?

We will be trying out a heated pad this winter. Received the item, it's not hooked up yet. Only a matter of plugging it in. The concern I have, the lowest temp is 86 degrees, which seems a bit high. Highest temp is 130. Sorry. I guess my answer is "I really don't know."

Q: I live in a windy area, how stable is this? Im worried it might blow away during a storm.

It is pretty light. I would say if you can kind of put it in an area where it will be safe from the wind will help. you maybe able to put a couple a very thin yard stakes in where the front and back walls line up to help keep in it place. (the ones that usually come with the holiday blow ups) the pad on the inside will easily cover the head of the stakes up.
